UV Cured CIPP - Intragrade

UV Cured CIPP

If you have inaccessible pipes that need to be repaired, such as pipes encased in concrete or that run beneath buildings, we can use CCTV to find the damaged area of the pipe and repair it from the inside. Once Intragrade provides cleaning and CCTV views of your existing sewer line or main line we can determine the size, length and time needed for your UV Cured CIPP project.

UV Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining is a method of trenchless pipelining that utilizes UV light technology to cure liners faster than conventional steam curing. With UV curing you can expect less downtime for the repair process, making it and ideal solution for universities, municipalities, and commercial or industrial facilities. At Intragrade, our UV cured CIPP can accommodate anywhere from 2” to 12” pipe repairs using this technology. Once the liner is fully cured we will reinstate the pipe services to complete the process.
